Sunday, April 10, 2005week 11 and 12 more senecaHave been very busy lately. After doing a lot of simulator I flew a few times with instructor G. Ferreira. Mainly we went to Beja to pratice ILS and NDB approaches to return back to evora doing some aerial maneuvers and perform the circuit single pilot.  The seneca V simulator which we use primarily for training emergencies. The last 3 sessions are LOFT (line orientated flight training).  Seneca V doing run up while I prepare to line up runway 01 for a training flight to LPBJ.  Single engine ILS approach to runway 19R at LPBJ.  Single engine NDB approach to runway 19R at LPBJ.  Near our building we have an old convair in storage. We took a stairs and went inside to have a look. The aircraft is in really poor condition. I took place in the left seat and performed a short comic play about a stoned captain with an amsterdam accent which Reyndert filmed. The movie can be found in the movie section.  Swedish DC3 that arrived last Friday. Next week I'm probably finished with my training in Portugal. I have 3 flights to go. 1 navigation trip to Porto and 2 examination training flights to LPBJ.
